Embodied Somatic Therapy
Jenna currently offers Embodied Somatic Therapy both online and in person at jalaBlu Collective Healing in Buena Vista, Colorado.
This work is offered as a guided process rather than a single session, allowing space for trust, depth, and meaningful integration over time.
The Deep Embodied Journey
6 Sessions – $660
Working together over a longer period allows us to move slowly and gently into the deeper soil of your life, where patterns, emotions, and wisdom live within the body. This longer container supports meaningful transformation and integration as your relationship with your body and inner truth unfolds.
The Embodied Journey
3 Sessions – $360
A beautiful place to begin. These three sessions allow us to establish trust and begin exploring what your body is holding and what is ready to shift, soften, or awaken.
Each session is 60–75 minutes and can be experienced either online or in person at jalaBlu. For the work to truly take root, Jenna recommends completing the three-session journey within about three months, while the Deep Embodied Journey naturally unfolds over six to eight months.
This offering also includes Jenna’s signature Embodied Love Letter — a personalized integration letter sent after your session reflecting the insights, language, and truths that emerged during your time together.
Why deepen your connection to your body?
These sessions are an invitation to slow down and listen to the deeper wisdom within you.
Through embodied inquiry, conversation, and inspired somatic and shamanic practices, Jenna gently guides you back into relationship with your body; the place where your truth, intuition, and healing live.
Many people arrive feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, deep grief, or simply sensing that there is more life within them waiting to be expressed. Together, you explore what your body is holding, what wants to move, and what is ready to be reclaimed.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about remembering who you are.
As the body begins to soften and open, many people experience a renewed sense of clarity, vitality, sensuality, and connection to their deeper spiritual nature. Old burdens can release, and space begins to open for more joy, creativity, and ease in life.
What happens in a session?
Before your session, Jenna will send a few Embodied Reflection Questions to help you tune into where you are in your life right now: physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
When you arrive, you and Jenna begin by dropping in together. Through conversation, intuitive listening, and somatic awareness, Jenna begins to sense where your body and spirit are asking to go.
These sessions are not rigid or scripted. They unfold organically.
Sometimes you will explore embodiment practices that help you settle into your body and allow your nervous system to soften and feel safe. From this grounded place, deeper insights often begin to emerge.
Jenna often describes her role as the banks of the river. You are the river. She holds the container while moving alongside you, listening closely for what wants to be expressed, understood, or released. Sometimes this means staying with what is present. Other times it means gently digging deeper into the soil of your experience.
You are never pushed anywhere you are not ready to go.
Toward the end of the session, Jenna may guide you into a restorative shape on the earth, where the body can fully relax and integrate. Depending on what feels supportive, she may incorporate grounding tools such as sandbags, drumming, or smudging.
From this place of deep rest, Jenna may guide you into an inspired shamanic journey, inviting your imagination to open the doorway to deeper wisdom and insight.
The session closes by gently returning from the journey and allowing space to reflect on the wisdom you wish to carry forward.
Your Embodied Love Letter
After your session, Jenna gathers the meaningful moments, insights, and language that emerged during your time together and creates a personalized Embodied Love Letter.
This thoughtful reflection is sent to you within three to five days, offering affirmations and supportive words so the work can continue to integrate long after the session has ended.
