Embodied Yoga

EmBodied Yoga is a transformative extension of Jenna's signature work, Primal Embodied Wisdom. It invites you to experience a harmonious blend of alignment, flow, breath, mudras, mantra, sound, and an energetic connection throughout your yoga practice. As a moving prayer, Embodied Yoga encourages each individual to fully inhabit their present moment, embracing life with a spirit of curiosity, exploration, and authenticity. In this sacred journey, you’ll tap into the wellspring of energy that resides within you, awakening the wisdom of your body and spirit.

Core yoga

Join Stephanie for an athletic yoga practice. This class is an all levels offering inviting the mind, body, and soul to move into a slow and steady focus of basic yoga postures, strength building holds, and a deep connection to the core.

Pranic Flow

Experience Yoga as energy medicine with Irene Doherty in this all-levels Vinyasa style class. The traditionally sequenced practice includes mindful movement of the body, breathwork for nervous system regulation, mantra and mudra for energy management, meditation for mental clarity and sound therapy for deep cellular cleansing. This class is designed to detox and revive you so you can focus on what is important to you. 

Gentle + Restorative Yoga

This offering is a gentle and restorative practice designed to nurture and balance the nervous system while inviting you to explore the depths of your inner landscape. In this sacred space, you will be encouraged to embrace the power of listening, healing, and allowing, as you embark on a transformative shamanic journey guided by Jenna.

Sacred sunrise flow

Begin your day with intention in this 60-minute vinyasa flow class.   Move through gentle yet energizing sequences designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Inspired by indigenous wisdom, this practice invites you to connect deeply with your breath and the sacred rhythms of the morning. All levels are welcome to this grounding and heart-centered flow, where each movement becomes a meditation to welcome the day with presence and gratitude.

Prana flow

Join Katie in this unique offering of rhythmic, energetic vinyasa, connecting breath and movement, which is inspired from a blend of her studies over the years, especially in Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Yoga. This vinyasa practice is an invitation for those who want to explore a deeper asana practice in the world of arm balances, inversions, backbending and more, in an intentional way. Each class will be mindfully built around a family of peak asanas. This class won’t move “fast” however previous yoga experience is recommended, as we won’t be spending too much time to break down the foundational postures, instead spending more time to learn and break down the peak asana, in a clear and detailed way.  Awaken your connection to your sacred nature, through embodied movement inspired by the wisdom of your breath.

Primal Movement

Primal Movement is a layer of Jenna's signature work, Primal Embodied Wisdom. Deepen your connection to your primal instinct and move from a place of feeling, sensation, expression, and truth. Primal movement will invite you to: uncoil, shed, howl, taste pleasure, touch pain, and feel into the deepest spaces of your truth.

Inhabit your whole body through awareness, non-linear movement, breath, and primal sound. Primal Movement is infused with a tantalizing playlist that will awaken your senses, desires, ancestors, and move you into a liberating experience for your soul. This is not a yoga class and it is probably exactly what you desire in your life.

Slow & Soft Yin Tonic 

Cast aside the brush of your day and let the healing intelligence of your body emerge in this slow and deep practice. This practice is about getting into your own skin and into the deep layers within your body in order to create an inner and outer environment of rest, rejuvenation and deep connection. You’ll experience a blend of Yin yoga, which is a practice of deep long holds within supported, grounded postures, to move past the superficial layers and invite life, blood flow & flexibility back into the tissues and fascia nestled underneath the muscles. In the spaces between you will be guided through intentional gentle flows to move and release the long holds. The intention of this practice is to bring you back into the home ground of your body, to leave you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed!

Flow + Meditate + Sound

Join Katie for a collective experience of movement, meditation and sound. This class is intended to leave you feeling connected and nourished on a physical and energetic level as we weave together several embodiment practices. You can expect to move through a steady and mindful vinyasa practice, interwoven within that experience we may move through guided meditations and pranayama practices. Each class will be unique. Every class will end with a sound journey which may use one or a combination of instruments such as, singing bowls, bells, chimes, drums, gongs and more. This is an all levels practice. All are welcome.

Align + flow

Set the container and then dive into your experience in this contemplative, active, moderately-paced yoga class. We'll explore aligned hatha yoga shapes to soften and strengthen the body, holding some and flowing through others, paired with conscious breath, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Each class is unique but all invite you to land in your body, feel into your breath, deepen your relationship with the many layers of yoga, and rekindle a sacred relationship with yourself. After a restorative savasana with the option of hands-on support and a heart-lifting song, you'll greet the weekend feeling steady and clear. 

Resilient + Renewal (vinyasa/Yin)

A Yin focused Vinyasa practice aimed towards delving into the large muscle groups of the body to release tension and allow for renewed flow of blood and energy. Gentle Vinyasa flow will guide you and your breath into strong and steady Yin postures to experience the stillness and resilient wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.

Slow Power to empower

A class based around the heart of yoga. Tiring the body slowly as to arrive in a peaceful meditation in the end. We will move through a vinyasa style flow where we will pause in some strengthening poses and breathe into the shapes seeing just what comes up. This is a challenging but accessible class for all levels. This class will work with Pranayama, Banda, Asana, and meditation.  The deep rooted theme of this class is empowerment. We will continually ask ourselves the ever evolving question, how can I become empowered in my life through my practice?

Vinyasa flow

This practice will guide your body and breath into harmony with rhythmic vinyasa sequences and alignment focused postures.

Yin Yoga nurtures the fascia, connective tissues and bones of the body. It is the steady counterpart to our active moving world. Drop into self care with intentional slow movement and gentle passive postures. This meditative practice will balance your nervous system and guide you to the depths of your being.
