ALEXIS ROBERTS
I am an ex competitive swimmer and started taking yoga classes shortly after my high school swimming career. While I still love the water, yoga has definitely taken my heart. While my 200hr training is in Vinyasa and that is the style I personally practice, I also enjoys power and Yin Yoga. I have been practicing for almost 8 years and have been teaching for a little over 2 years in several different studios in the foothills. As a recent transplant to BV I am so excited to have the opportunity to hold space at jalaBlu.
